Vikingegarden Maurenga is a collaboration between landowner Arild
Homble and two schoolteachers Anna Tone Hoble and Atle Viken (spouses). Ivar
Rommedal is also an important partner. Ivar is a very zealous hunter and
outdoor person, moreover he has been the primary initiator in the building
activities.
Vikingegarden Maurenga is situated only 5 minutes from Oslo Airport
Gardermoen, the main airport in Norway. Notwithstanding its central
situation Vikingegarden is a peaceful cultural-historical place
encircled by hilly green forest.
Travelling time from Oslo city is about 30 minutes and 5 minutes from
the air terminal.
Our vision is that Vikingegarden with
its special atmosphere will give our guests
experience of well-being, harmony and joy - a
